Vinegar Cake

If you have never made a scratch cake this is the one to try. This is so rich and MOIST you won't believe it. Recipe said it serves 16--mainly because it is so rich. Oh yeah--- notice NO EGGS?

1 1/2 Cups Flour                   1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda                 1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Cocoa                        1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Vanilla                        1 Cup Warm Water
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Pre- heat oven 350* F.
Mix dry ingredients ....Make a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Mix well...If batter isn't very loose, add just a bit more warm water, one Tbsp at
a time until you get a thin batter. This will make cake very moist.
Pour into 8 or 9 inch square "lightly" greased pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until wooden pick comes out clean. Let cool and dust with a little dry cocoa. But I prefer white frosting decorated with a small
       amount of chocolate frosting
